Back-to-School Ready

We officially have a 1st grader and soon-to-be preschooler! There is something about the back-to-school season that I love. There is a renewed sense of hope and excitement over new routines, teachers and friends.

I created a week-long back-to-school themed toddler curriculum back when Hudson started preschool in 2021. I pulled it out this morning for Thatcher and I was reminded how fun it is. We worked on counting out school buses, backpacks and pencils. You can get it here for just $5! All you need is a printer and ideally a laminator to make it last year after year.

If you are looking for a full 26-week curriculum to implement at home for homeschool or to supplement on the days your child is not at preschool, you can check out my A-Z tot school curriculum here.

Including some of our favorite books to read during this back-to-school season:

Wishing everyone a great start back to the school year!

  1. Hi Kelli,

Thank you for sharing your lessons! I don’t have kids, but I’m sure they would be super fun and helpful if I did. They look like they took a lot of work and time! Thanks for the post!
